Leonard previously worked at Yardi Systems. In his 12 years there he gained a well-rounded wealth of knowledge of the Yardi software. He excels in Yardi Voyager Implementations for both Residential and Commercial. His expertise on the accounting portion of Yardi is one of a kind. He is known for his in-depth knowledge for Yardi Voyager Intercompany. He can easily accommodate unique situations that many clients have. When he’s not zoned in on the numbers, property data conversions keep him busy. CLEARfi has converted over 60,000 units and various retail spaces.

Managing projects and keeping the ball rolling, she will ensure your team stays engaged and on task. She has a strong background of Multifamily with both implementations and account management. Her knowledge in the ancillary products keep you from needing multiple resources for your property management software needs. She has successfully upgraded some of the largest property management companies using the Yardi software.
